The office staff at Apple Creek Oral Surgery are arrogant and condescending. They did not follow up on my insurance approval for 4 months. When I called them out on it, they denied that they did anything wrong and hung up on me. A few days later, I received a phone call from the Office Manager stating that Dr. Koll had dismissed my daughter's case and would no longer provide medical treatment to her all because of a phone conversation I had with his insurance person! The reason was that the trust between the doctor and patient had been broken. Dr. Koll never had the decency to call me directly to discuss. He only listened to his staff member and never got my side of the story. Very unprofessional and unethical to drop a patient because of an insurance snafu (due to the incompetence of his office staff). This all transpired a week before surgery was scheduled! STAY AWAY FROM THIS Place.

Horrible place. I would not recommend it. I was scheduled for surgery in 9 days and I received a call saying they dropped me as a patient and canceled the surgery without even notifying us!!! We had the surgery planned for a year. They are unprofessional and do not know how to do their job. They sent all my information to a different patients insurance and blamed our insurance for never getting back to them. They do not know how to schedule things or even call the insurance to confirm something is covered. The front desk gal told us that our insurance sucked and that when someone walks in with that insurance they won't help them and make them do it all on their own. All they want is money. The front desk people are disrespectful and hang up on clients. NOT RECOMMENDED!
