Hard to rate expertise because of the lack of significant deliverable from the company.
Biggest disappointment is how they have acted after I fired them. They promised a refund of the last monthly fee, and even provided a receipt to me for that fee...but have NEVER sent the funds. I have been trying to get that money back from them but they have even stopped responding to my e-mail notifications.
As far as their abilities...they may be ok at what they do. I won't judge that. In regards to their treatment of their clients...I would have liked to give them negative stars...or I would. I would NEVER recommend this company.
