Property Inspections ??  Our most popular service! Once a month, we do an exterior/interior walk through with photos. This inspection is to look for things out of the ordinary, water leaks, non-­-working appliances, adjusting thermostats, etc. We also look at the landscaping and note any areas of concern. This inspection is sent to the customer via email, regular mail or fax, along with a photo gallery of all areas of concern. This once a month inspection provides peace of mind that your property is being maintained in a professional standard acceptable to you.
