Cedar Hill Elementary school is located in Ardmore, Ala. In addition to its core subjects, including English, math, science, social studies, the school s curriculum also includes student course work in various areas, such as art, computer applications, foreign language, vocal and instrumental music, and physical and technology education. Its students participate in various sports, including baseball, basketball, cheerleading, field hockey, football, soccer, softball, tennis, and track. Activities, clubs, sports are also offered to students, to enable them to learn social skills, and interact with small groups in a nonacademic setting. Cedar Hill Elementary also offers a guidance program that includes group and individual counseling. The counselor works with students in areas of personal, educational, social and career development. The school has a computer lab, gymnasium and library.
