Dustin was extremely helpful to me, I had a package of medicine scheduled for delivery today I have to go out of town and need it today. He got the package and held it so I could go and pick it up. Thank you very much.

Very Rude Customer Service. Obviously poor management or they would get rid of the hatefulness!! Nobody is MAKING you People work there so if you can not provide Good customer service CHANGE JOBS!!!!

Very Hateful customer service agent. I called trying to update address info to have package sent to me. "Dustin" was VERY VERY Rude!! Maybe we should start "paying" his wages and he'll learn how to treat us as customers better!!!!

i give it a one star because i had to. The has got to be the worst ups local center they are only open for pick up packages 3pm to 6pm. Driver cant find an address so they lists it has wrong sheet address. if you can avoid your package getting in the center hand do so.
