After the storm blew a tree down, engulfing my house, I called USAA late that night and asked what to do; I had no electricity, no internet. I asked for recommendations for taking the tree down, but they didn't have any. They read me a list of names from the internet, but I asked for someone in Arlington, and just dumb luck -- did I get a winner! I called Sheldon Tree Service just before midnight, thinking at least I'd leave a voicemail message and get on what I was sure was a long list, and he answered! After a prior job, on the second day he had the tree removed the same day, and I'd assumed it would take at least two! He was available day and night, always answered his phone promptly, polite and understanding. Cleanup was excellent; I really can't say enough good things about the service I got. I'd highly recommend Sheldon Tree Service to anyone! -- Cindy
