Provided by YPmobileWorthless - absolutely worthless. They saw "bring bin a sample and a picture" then you do that and they say "we have to have the whole plant for a diagnosis." Double talk - that's their guarantee. They look at the sample and say "that doesn't look like the (plant you bought)..." That's because ITS DEAD. Geez. If your not going to honor your guarantee then don't offer one, save everyone from the nonsense.
