Thier carwash had a malfunction and scratched my car. The manager asked me to get an estimate for the repair. I did this and he asked me to see the owner who told me their car wash doesnt damage cars and I was a liar and had the damage before the car wash. Given they had no intention to live up to their responsibility, I dont know why they wasted my time. Dishonest and Unethical.
