an over priced garbage service that needs to attend to poor driver/garbage/pickup employees... fond of leaving leaving your cans full while complaining that the spacing between cans is making it hard for them to use their effortless pickup hydraulics.
proper spacing doesn't prohibit them leaving your garbage anyway... if you call and complain they will pick it up later but charge you $20... oregon would do well to fire this company...

I've had poor service from this company on more than one occasion in 2012. The prior 2 years this company was a stellar in its pick ups. It may depend on where you live in Ashland where I am now is in a new development of houses. I have had my trash forgotten and left at the curb. The will not offer to give you a credit when they don't pick up the trash. They say that you can have two cans picked up the following week. Convenient!? Also, despite calling there office twice and asking them to pick any extra recyclables up that are out on the curb they often leave it there and only empty the container. Leaving a flattened cardboard box sitting on the curb. Very disappointing service.
