On 2-27-11 my husband was charged for three drinks: one DRK-21oz 1.30, one DRK 32oz. 1.35, one 21oz 1.30.on his Sale Receipt, which he never ordered on his takeout order at Store #2297, at 19:26:56, at 2267 NW MilitaryHwy, Ste 117,.San Antonio, Texas 78213, Trans# 04,Clerk 18, Receipt # 0000220416 Reg-ID REG_MAIN. He paida total of 20.42 for a turkey 6r $4.00, a chip $.90, a meatball6r $2.80, a chip $.85, a PhChStk 6r $5.00, a Chip $.90, anda Cookie $.49. I looked at the bill the next day and told himhe paid for three(3) drinks at the Subway Store that we didnot have and he said he did not order. Thought Subway, Inc. should be informed of the improper charging ofconsumers.
