Would not shop here again they only care about your payment, I had a complaint called corporate on the 5th of March 22nd of March and called again on 8th of April still no resolution. I will never shop at Aarons again, I would rather go to Babcock, Heritage or Rent a Center. My compliant was due to an assistant delivery person and Refund of partial Payment for unused time. I only gave one star at the top and none on the rest because to me they don't deserve any STARS.

lexington hwy Athens ga I give them a 1 cause it is the lowest rating possible and this is why I purchased a jvc 50 inch tv a little over a year ago I paid it off 5 months ago. every since the day I got it I have repeatedly asked for the remote control that is suppose to come with the TV because it is necessary to be able to use all the functions for my particular TV well I have been told it was ordered , then they gave it to the wrong person so they had to order another which I do not believe because several months later I sent in a complaint to corporate office and one of the guys from the arrons store came to my house acting as if he was going to take care of it well that was in November a month later I started calling back and they started giving me the same run around or they will call back well I have not heard anything and this is completely wrong the way I am being treated with the amount of money I spent if this isn't taken care of I will never make another purchase from Arron
