Provided by YP.comThis is the only place I trust to take care of my computers. After taking care of the issue he explains what he found and what he did to correct it. I have found him to be thorough and honest with me over the years. If he comes across more problems than I reported he lets me know and will take care of them too. I really appreciate that. He takes the time to let you know if instructions are not followed you could cause problems that you could lose your computer. Trust him to be the best for you and your computer problems.

Provided by YP.comI've been running a CompuSave computer for years. It never gives me any trouble. I was even able to do some upgrades to it over the years. Something that you can't do with those proprietary department store brands.

Provided by YPmobileI would give 2 stars but I am more disappointed than I am satisfied. I took my laptop to have my screen replaced in which Mr Joe stated that he may and its a good possibility have some on hand. Once I got there and I left my laptop he did return a phone call to me to inform me that he will have to order a screen because he didn't have one to fit. I decided that I wanted to shop around myself to see if I could find someone who may have a screen available on site so I can get my laptop fix that day. I told Mr Joe that I will be at his business to pick up my laptop and I asked him what was the service fee he told me $20 when I got there I paid him 20 dollars and my laptop was totally taken apart I thanked him for showing me about the screen but he disassembled parts that I didn't understand had anything to do with the screen prior to me taking it to him my screen was cracked and I was able to hook up my laptop to my TV using an HDMI cord to view the contents; now that my laptop is totally disassembled and he said that there were pieces that if I put my battery back in could cause it to blow up and burn up on the inside. When I got there he asked me did I want to take it as is and I did say fine, okay because I was in such a hurry. My grievance is when I brought it to him it was not disassembled and I don't understand why would you return something to someone disassembled when they paid you a service fee he could not replace the screen I feel like he should have put the put the laptop back together and gave it to me the way I brought it to him he may be a nice guy I don't know but I will not be back

Provided by SuperpagesI have used this shop for many years for my computer service, and Joe has not let me down. He tells it like it is, and is extremely quick in getting my computer back online. After my Gateway decided to give up for good due to advanced technology, Joe custon built a new computer to fit my personal needs and activities. It operated well for over 4 years. I'm now about to get him to upgrade the Windows on it. He'll do you good.

Provided by SuperpagesI came on this website to find this repair shop's phone number, read the negative review, and felt the need to defend this repair shop. He's never been anything but nice to me, he does good work, he's cheap, and actually WORKS, unlike half the PC repair shops you will call in Athens. He has certainly never shown the kind of casual vindictiveness the other reviewer is suggesting - sometimes the customer has obligations, too, and I get the feeling we're not getting the whole story, here.

Provided by SuperpagesI brought my broken laptop to him to recover my data. When I called to get it back, he told me he had THROWN IT AWAY! When I asked why he never called, he said he did and left several voicemails, which of course I never received. A few days later he called back to say he had found my paper work and that my # was written down wrong. I'm not sure how he was able to leave me voicemails when he didn't have the right #. He had the correct #, he just never called because he is extremely unprofessional. I tried to get my data back later and he said he deleted it because he "got tired of it", then he hung up on me. This is the WORST "business" I have ever dealt with. He pretty much stole my laptop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS "services".

Provided by YP.comI���ve been doing business with CompuSave for years. They own their own building rather than paying $1000s to rent space in a shopping plaza. I guess this is why their prices are so much better than their competition. No one else is even close.
When I call their tech support, a real person answers, not a recording telling me to ���Press 6���, ���Press 2���, ���Press 5���, etc. No Elevator Music.
Unless there is a special component that they need to order. I���ve always gotten my computer back the same day.
All the components used in their computers are interchangeable so rather than replacing the entire computer every few years they just replace the main components. Saves me a lot of money.
