This is not a review of the condominiums, rather the leasing agency in charge, Greater GA Traditions. I leased a house from this agency for 2 years, during which everything went more or less smoothly, emphasis on less. The house hadn't been cleaned at all when our lease began and we were ready to move in. It was disgusting and pretty unliveable.



After moving out, our security deposit was several months late in being returned to us. Not only this, but it became increasingly difficult to get in touch with our landlord. On the few occasions that we were able to make contact, the landlord was entirely unhelpful in answering questions and concerns we had, especially about money that had been taken out of our deposit.



Overall, the experience I have had with this leasing agency was unpleasant and unprofessional. I would recommend finding a different agency to lease from to save yourself lots of trouble in the long run.
