Awesome service all three times I have been here! Ricky was very knowledgeable and was such a big help and very patient during my lengthy process of picking out my frames. Ricky also explained the different types of lenses and help me decide on which ones were right for me. Their policy is to have your glasses back in seven to ten days but mine actually were back in four days both times I have placed an order! I purchased a pair of glasses and when I picked them up they were not fitted. They kept sliding down my face and almost two weeks later they fell off my face, landed on some rocks and one of the lens were scratched pretty bad. I did purchase the one year insurance on my lenses and frames. I returned to see if they could possibly buff out the scratches, that was not possible. Nicole ordered me a brand new pair without me having to use my insurance policy so close to purchasing my glasses and fitted my current pair of glasses so I would not have to be blind while waiting on my new pair. When I returned to pick up my replacement glasses Ricky was again very helpful in fitting my new pair. The whole process was painless and hassel free!
