Its retail properties are leased by companies such as Dollar General, Office Depot and Kmart. Founded in 1960, Abrams Properties is headquartered in Atlanta. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Abrams Industries, which also operates Servidyne Systems and The Wheatstone Energy Group.
