Vinings Estates residents have been complaining for years about receiving the wrong YP directory. Vinings Estates residents cannot access businesses in the Smyrna area because the Austell/Hiram/Douglasville/Mableton/Powder Springs directory is delivered. Vinings Estates is Smyrna. The residents are charged Smyrna taxes and 911 emergency call fees by AT&T, yet the directories are delivered based on a random zip code routing assigned by the Post Office. The Smyrna area businesses are losing customers and money due to the error perpetrated by AT&T. AT&T ignores customer complaints about the wrong directory being delivered to Smyrna residents and agents offer to deliver the correct one for a large fee. The residents are already paying for Smyrna service & would like to have easier access to businesses in Smyrna.
