The location is really good and I have been here for over a year.The down side is there seems to be on going structural issues with the building like major leaks and A/C issues.There is also a lack of privacy with workmen being able to enter your apartment often when you are not there.They have now changed the attractive inclusive billing to a system called 'dubs'.This was done with little notice to residents.There are occasional issues with noise and all the noise associated with building works.There are also roach issues.Management appear nice but I am left with the feeling that complaints are not being taken seriously enough.Onsite parking is expensive,an extra $100 a month as well as high fee for pets.The place is relatively safe but probably not advisable for long term living.
