This company is very unprofessional they will send u straight to collections without any notice to inform u tht u even owe anything.And it's sad to have done business with this company for 4,yrs. and they don't have courtesy to mail me a letter to say u have a outstanding balance with us. And can we resolve the issue b4 it goes to the next level of collection. And don't call in for help even if ur trying to pay off the bill do to the representative are just as rude n nasty as they come .But hey if a company ever feel it's because of ppl like them who have no clue to having a positive out come of doing business.
