McAlister s, located in Ridgeland, Miss., is the parent company for the McAlister's Deli chain of restaurants located throughout the Southeast United States. Established in 1995, McAlister s menus feature a wide variety of items, including club sandwiches, salads and specialty potatoes. Its signature items include McAlister s Club, The Spud Max, The Chicken Grill sandwich and McAlister s Sweet Tea. Spud Max features a Grade A Idaho potato filled with diced ham, turkey, bacon, cheddar and Swiss cheeses, green onions, black olives and sour cream.
