Prestige has a lot of rental listings. Their prices are higher and most homes have a no pet policy.I lived in one of their homes for 4 years. Service was very slow. You had to call and call and theywanted to come in you place when you were not at home for repairs. The biggest problem was movng out. Even though I had carpets cleaned professionally, had house cleaned well. Appliances and bathrooms were spotless,

It was obvious at inspection that they were determined to keep al;l of deposit they coould. So They cahrged me with $300.00 house cleaning service, painting and cleanng tile that had never been cleaned and window washng.Eventhoug I followed the chjeck oout requirements exactly I only was returned 1/4 of the deposit. I would have come out better financially and effort wise by just moving my furniture out and not cleaning at all. it is quite a scam.
