Everything above is true. Roads are horrible, very little maintenance done, and out of control fines are just a few of the problems. The office manager is professional if you can get a hold of her between 2-4. The maintenance men have horrible attitudes and openly harass and yell at residents. I'm personally scared to come in contact with them alone because I don't know what they are capable of. That's pretty sad considering this is my home.

This place is hell. The roads in the neighborhood destroy your tires, and they do not take the necessary steps to fix the streets properly. They randomly turn off everyone's water 2-3 times a week with zero notice. I've had to brush my teeth at work FIVE times this month. My water has been off all day today. I just got home from work, and now I can't cook dinner, or give water to my animals. They only offer office hours 2 hours a day, between 2-4, when most people are at work. Most delivery driver's won't deliver here, because they've all been robbed. Do not move here. It is the worst neighborhood in Auburn, AL.
