We want to give kudos to Ken, the assistant manager. We came in for a club for our new car. He not only took the time to come out to the parking lot and show us how to connect it, but he also gave us his opinion of our choice, advice on gas, and listened to my husband's stories!! Ken is very knowledgeable about all types of cars. He knew exactly what my husband was talking about on another car and explained why the crescent shape piece slipped and destroyed out engine. He also confirmed that it wasn't really my husband's fault that I had to buy a new car. That was the best part because my husband was feeling guilty. All-in-all it was a great experience with a very qualified individual. THANKS KEN!!
