Terrible company! I had them come out and clean chimneys at two different properties in early December. They told me I needed to purchase a $250 dollar cap with damper for one of my chimneys. I gave them a deposit ( they only take cash or checks) and they removed the temporary cap that was keeping the rain out. I was assured that I would have the replacement installed within a week. I REALLY wanted to be able to use my fireplace for Christmas. No call, no show....FOR ALMOST 4 MONTHS!!!!!!There is no way to speak directly with anyone but the receptionist, who is quick to tell you that only the owner can order anything, refund any money, or install any equipment, BUT she cannot put you in touch with him directly, she can only pass on a message. In mid MARCH I finally recieved a call back from the owner who scheduled a time for the cap installation. I took off from work- WAITED FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF- another no call no show. I finally just called and asked for a refund. Again- the receptionist told me she couldn't do anything about it. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
