I have been here several times, but every time I go the service gets more unbearable. The employees are all very bossy and rude. They order me around and tell me what to do the entire time and treat customers as if we are stupid. I don't appreciate being treated this way. I agree with the reviewer who said that the salon is dark, not very clean and my nails always look mediocre at best. There have been flies flying around in there on at least two occasions. Will not be going back.

Really great service and awesome price! My tech does a very detailed job and made sure I was happy with my nails along the way. I am definitely coming back

I LOVE Nail today! I was having a pretty bad day and really needed a manicure, gave them a call right before they closed (7:10 on a weekday) and they told me to come in anyway so I could get a perfect french manicure. All my manicures last super long and don't chip. But I'm just so amazed by their great service. They absolutely just care about good service and making you happy.

They are way overpriced. Also the people doing the nails are girls waiting to get their boards. While mine was nice my friends was skittish. Then I'm quoted wrong for a price and still have to pay the high price will not come again. I recommend you don't either. I have it two stars bc it looks nice and my girl was Nice

I have gotten my nails done here and my goodness I LOVE this place! I get my nails done by Yen. She's super cute and real sweet. I have been to at least 6 different shops in Augusta and this place is the best. Very clean and a very wide selection of colors plus designs. I tend to get Gel Nails and I highly recommend this place! When I went to other salons, I would have the UV gel nails all up under my nails because the manicurist did not make sure the gel nail polish was off any parts of my skin before under going the UV light. Yen does a wonderful job and is very quick yet precise. She also always makes sure that you actually like your nails. This salon takes appointment and walk-ins. Ask for Yen because I assure you she's pretty darn god and what she does.
