We use this gas station several times a week. We make a large purchase and a small purhcase on Saturday and the lady swiped the card twice. SHe demanded that it did not go through twice only to find out three days later it did. Called back and the manager was so rude and not very cooperative. She told me there was nothing she could do but go to the bank and fill out forms to recover this money that they made the mistake on. She swiped it for the charge, but can't swipe it for the credit? This comapny really needs to evaluate the type of managers they hired for this location. So my advis eot any one reading this, if they swipe your card twice, do not leave the counter until you receive a credit slip. We have been advised to go to the BBB as well as any other means. This is pretty sad considering I am the customer.
