Provided by YP.comOn July 12, 2014, Gold Cross EMS sent us a bill for a call and pick up made for our adult son. This adult son lives at a completely separate address. We had nothing at all to do with this call, or this bill. We called and spoke with them on two separate occasions, Olivia Davis, and sent emails. We were assured that our name was removed from the bill; however, here we are on 8/ 18/2015, receiving a bill from a collection agency!!! Called again this morning, Olivia Davis stated that her supervisor, Stephen, would return my call ... 2 hours later, no call yet!
