Not impressed.



The office staff outright lied about what was covered. Going as far as to say something was covered when it was not. When confronted, Alisa offered excuses and blamed the patient for not asking the correct office administrator. The patient was very clear in asking if there would be any out of pocket charges for a cleaning and Donella was very clear that there would be no charges. One would think that with their many years of experience, they would be able to accurately and honestly answer such a common question.



During a procedure, Dr. Lee was very rude to his assistant Sharon. On one occasion, enough so, that it was uncomfortable being in the room.



On a positive note, Brittany performed a very thorough cleaning and was very pleasant.



Overall, the general lack of integrity and accountability in the office staff can only be a direct reflection of the dentist himself. With so many choices for a dentist in this area, this practice cannot be recommended.
