great service employees are very polite and will do anything they can to help you

My kids and I went to Red Wing on Jan 4, 2014. They don’t accept credit cards. There is an ATM at the entrance- not a deal breaker. There is 1 price even if you have your own skates. Two of my kids used the "house skates". The "house skates" were very nasty and in need of replacement. They didn’t have a size 11 for my son. We used a 10- not a deal breaker. Toney, an employee, is a complete jerk. I asked him for an 8 and an 11. He brought me two pair of size 8 skates. He instructed me for several minutes on the improper way to request skates. Yes- I felt embarrassed, belittles, my kids felt uncomfortable and I was close to requesting a refund. Another attendant finally stepped in to get me the correct size without issue. Later, Toney approached me as I watched my kids skate. He told me that he had been married to the same woman for over 36 years and that he knew a lot about women and how to communication. Again in a berating and condescending manner, he told me that I didn't know how to communicate and the situation was my fault. DEAL BREAKER.

MMA fundraiser of anxious parents, anxious children but no one to open the door....smh...owner.....basically did nothing but say either wait until 7pm when we was promised 6pm or our school gets no money....Really!??
It was their fault no ours, and they didn't even try to make it right!

Came here with my daughter's mma class for skate night, us along with over 25 other parents and their children.. The "owner" says because of a "discrepancy" on their part we couldn't go in until 7pm and if we did our school wouldn't get money! What a jerk! So 25-30 kids plus their parents along with my family had to go after waiting for a response for over an hour! I will never go here again, customer service here SUCKS!!!!!!
