I had to move in pretty quickly and it was the only community that had anything available that day. In the beginning I thought it was a nice, quiet unit with decent management. Well... management and maintenance change CONSTANTLY. I never know who I'm talking to or when they started or how long they've been there. Consequently, its impossible to get certain maintenance tasks completed because one manager will promise something and then quit and the new manager has no idea what's going on.

I have had multiple floods that caused mold in my carpeting (maintenance put a fan in the hallway to dry it, I had to go get my own shop vac and my apartment still smells of mold and must).

I have had huge roach problems because of the cheap pest control they supposedly used (I went into my kitchen one morning and there were 5 roaches on the counters, floor, and ceiling!).

The lawn maintenance team is ridiculous, they've broken my master bedroom window and chipped my windshield with flying rocks and they blow yard waste under my welcome mat (I've complained about this several times with no resolution).

I even had another resident who was smoking and eating outside his apartment and then just throwing his trash everywhere, management/maintenance did nothing.

The concrete roadway around entrance is constantly breaking apart and forming enormous pot holes because maintenance is too cheap to fix it properly.

My carpets aren't attached to the foundation and the foam underneath is disgusting, I may as well have a room shaped area rug that is full of wrinkles.

All in all, a terrible experience.
