My air conditioner is only 5 years old, but I heard an ad on the radio that sig cox could do some maintenance on the ac to help it run better. When the person came out he talked on his cell phone the entire time, and then just left. He did not take all of his tools, I called the company to inform them of this and they did not take any actions (no one came to get tools). A few days later the ac unit started to make weird noises; it sounded like boiling water was in the walls after it turned off. Then I was in the attic putting some stuff away and I found out that the unit was not put back together (you can imagine how mad I was) I called the company to get them to send someone out. The next day I person came and looked at the system and said everything was good. When I asked him about the noise he stated that it was normal, even after I told him it had never made that noise before. So now a few months later it dies, so I call sig cox and they say they would come out and look at it for $100, when I told the person on the phone the story she said that it could not be the companies fault because it would have broken sooner if they had done something wrong. So my review is don't call these people.
