Established in 2010, the Southeast Jeet Kune Do Athletic Club offers expert martial arts and self defense instruction, flexible training programs, and a friendly atmosphere to help you reach your training goals. Through our classes, students develop the ability to focus the mind, develop the body, and live with confidence, clarity and awareness. We have trained kids, teens, adults, senior citizens, women’s groups, Law Enforcement organizations, and even elite Special Operations units. Our coaches and our students achieve their skills through hard work, discipline and perseverance. We operate on simple values, such as respect, honor, loyalty, positivity, compassion, modesty and integrity. We offer a strong focus on personal and physical development, teaching the science and concepts behind Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Savate, Jujitsu, and Tai Chi. We are the only martial arts school in the CSRA teaching programs that are trusted by the Navy SEALS, FBI, CIA, DOD, and many other government agencies. We look forward to working with you to ensure you have what you need to develop a strong body, a healthy mindset, and self defense skills that can help keep you and your family safe in the event of a violent encounter. Our youth programs focus on martial arts that optimize children's motor skills, coordination, balance, core strength and endurance. The kids curriculum has been adapted from Jeet Kune Do, Boxing, Kickboxing, Hapkido and Jujitsu.
