Great service, when I needed to dump my dog's dump, you were there.

Great company, one a wednesday afternoon they were the only company that answered the phone with an actual person. No machines. And the girl I talked was so polite.

I called last minute for a roll off and they couldn't get it to me that day so they delivered it first thing the next morning. I was able to fill it and have it picked up by the end of the week. thanks curbside!

When I first called I was unsure of what I would need for my project, Katie was very informative and was able to help me with the right size. I received the container when I requested it and the driver even called prior to delivering it. I was truly amazed that there are still companies that can make you feel like you matter. The price was right but the customer service was amazing. Keep up the good work.

I found myself in a bind needing a rolloff dumpster for today and to be picked up tomorrow. I called your office and Katie helped me out-just like that. Shawn called me within minutes to let me know my dumpster was on the way. I called around to about 7 other services-all of which could not or would not pick up tomorrow. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the OUTSTANDING service I received from both Katie and Shawn! The reason I am giving C.R.I an extra star (rather than only 1 star) is because they did deliver the dumpster on the same day I ordered it. However, I only needed the dumpster for 1 day. They agreed to pick it up the following day and left a message that they wouldn't be picking it up until the next morning. Well, the next morning came and still no pick-up. They were a bit more expensive than the other companies but I tried them anyway...
