My patients are like my family, Together we walk the path of treatment side by side. I am honored that my patients trust in my ability and expertise to help them regain their quality of life. With a developing trust my patients become actively involved in the diagnosis process and together we can work on becoming a stronger team. Dr. Stewart K. Weinerman received his medical degree and completed his residency from The New York Medical College in Valhala, New York. He served as Chief Resident in the largest New York City trauma hospital. Dr. Stewart K. Weinerman moved to Denver in 1986 and joined Colorado Orthopedic Consultants where he continues to practice and treat patients. He has served as chairman of the department of orthopedic surgery for many years, he also served as the associate professor of orthopedics at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and the University of Colorado. He has taken care of athletes at all levels from professional to college and high school sports. He is the team physician for Gateway High School and is a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America as well as the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Weinerman is an avid golfer and tennis player. He also enjoys spending time with his wife of 30 years skiing in our beautiful mountains of Colorado.
