Frank was our salesman when we purchased our machine back in 2017. Very helpful and friendly to work with to find what serviced our needs. In the three years we have had this machine when service is needed it is super easy to get in contact with KKC. Service techs have always been on time and super informative. Cant say anything bad only praise from us.
