Caddo|CM was founded in 2004 by Tim M. Wright. As a licensed Civil Engineer in Texas and California and experienced construction professional, Tim identified the need for a design and construction expert on complex real estate development projects. Since then Caddo|CM has successfully completed over $40M in design and construction projects, in both Texas and California. Our experience spans across multifamily, commercial, residential, and retail projects and typically includes full service project management consulting. We can provide the most value when we are approached before design begins during the conceptual stage of a project and can effectively assemble the team of engineers, architects, and contractors to complete the project. We have partnered with real estate developers, commercial real estate brokers and private companies to deliver their complex design and construction projects on time and under budget. Our team includes administrative project support and accounting staff, and a network of project management associates so that we can assemble the best project management team for each specific project.
