First you will notice the friendly reception, then all the staff has a personal interest in you as a person and not just a patient. Dr. Shreya is outgoing and friendly while still remaining professional. I never had the feeling she or her employees did't know what they were doing. There confidence made me more relaxed and the whole experience more pleasant. I have recomended her to my wife (now a patient) and my co-workers.
