I requested a premium level vehicle a few weeks in advance. When I arrived to pick up the car they only had a standard level. The location manager said it was because he couldn't reach me on the phone - he was dialing the wrong number. However, since I reserved it online I think he could have found the number or email account and contacted me that way, or looked the number up in the local phone book.
