My family & I had been coming to Accurate Smog for at least 15 years. I think the place has gone through several owners over the years but we kept being loyal customers. At least 10 different cars between us all. I have no complaints about Accurate Smog in general. The smog tech is a very friendly guy. I think he owns the shop. But one of the main reasons my wife & I continued to use them was the fabulous girl in the front office. I feel horrible that I can't remember her name but she always wore a pink hat & was the nicest person ever. We looked forward to seeing her & told a lot of our friends to go there because of her. Well, I found out last week that she is not there anymore. I asked where she went but the new girl wouldn't say. She just said she was gone. Wish I knew where she went. I really would like to keep giving them my business because, like I said, the smog tech is a nice guy. BUT, this new girl in the front office is horrendous. She is just not friendly. We thought maybe we just caught her on a bad day. My wife is a teacher & a lot of her fellow teachers frequent this shop. She mentioned our recent visit to a PE teacher at her school that we know uses Accurate Smog. She also had a bad experience recently. She & my wife compared notes & again, it's not the smog tech but the girl in the front office. She won't tell us where the pink hat lady went & she is rude about it. She seems to enjoy telling people that they have failed & just has no customer service skills. We will probably continue to bring our cars to Accurate Smog just out of loyalty to the smog tech but if he expects to keep his customers happy & find new customers, he needs to get a "pink hat" person back in the front office. Wish we knew where she went.

I have been going here for years and today I am headed to get both my vehicles smoged. They are reliable and trustworthy. ASK THEM WHY THEY OPENED THE SHOP AND YOU WILL KNOW WHY YOU CAN TRUST THEM.



Besides, they always remember you and its like a small piece of home away from home.

i took my car in and they done a great job i was out of there in 20 minutes and everyone there was so nice . i had a great experience at ACCURATE SMOG
