Provided by YPmobilespent some time in the store and while i waited i listened to the ladys that worked at att have a conversion with a customer for the better half of 30 mins about something that did not pertain to a phone... really stop the chit chat and help your people!

Provided by YPmobileThe new set up for customer service is awful. It's like being at the DMV when it comes to wait time. I'm currently number seven and I've moved up one notch in 35 mins. Do not recommend this location. ATT should have done more research before throwing tables n chairs out and thinking they provided better service. It's worse than ever.
