This computer repair service is terrible. They not only caused more computer problems, they talked me into a yearly service plan for $24.95 a month. Henry did not tell me there was a $59.95 set up fee and a $200 cancellation fee. He then took over my computer remotely and made everything worse. Wrecked my Outlook email, deleted my mirrored printer, deleted my Norton anti-virus and set up new anti-virus software that was free for only 30 days. I already had a 2-year subscription to Norton that I had to reinstall myself. I called out another repair person and he immediately corrected everything for only $65, instead of the Geeks Mobile charge of $284.90. Ken
