My daughter switched to Metro PCS [T-Mobile prepaid] yesterday, but suggested that if I wanted to join her, I locate another store. She could not recommend the one she used. I called several, and was displeased when I was repeatedly told that they did not have demo models to view and explore.

Then I called this location, and Jasmin, the store manager, seemed very happy to answer my questions; assured me she did have demos to test; and invited me to visit. I did so and, after more research, bought an iPhone on sale. It was a good deal--and the service was excellent.

Jasmin guided me through a series of steps to get "up and running", including: porting old Verizon number; setting up icloud, google, amazon accounts; starting touch ID; getting "Siri" going; completing fingerprint turn on; and much more. I am sure that if I have questions I can call or return and find competent, courteous, and cheerful staff to assist me. I do recommend this store.
