Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I average 2-3 service outages per month and the only response I can get from customer service is, "Are you sure you paid your bill?" Seriously?!

I think Spectrum uses unfair business practices! They continue to raise prices and there is nothing you can do to lower your bill so you can make service more affordable, you cannot change or drop a service because no matter what you try to do it raises your price. I am getting close to being unable to afford their services as I am on fixed income. They have a monopoly and they know we have no options available to us. I just wish there was a smart lawyer somewhere who would file a class action lawsuit representing all of the customers who are treated with no respect and are being overcharged for services they do not need nor want! There seems to be no end to price increases and it seems they are not regulated by anyone. It is time for someone to investigate Spectrums business practices and protect the consumer from this disgusting company....
