Provided by YP.comI used to be a loyal customer of this particular Jiffy Lube. However during my last visit on 12-13-08 I discovered $4 -$5 worth of quarters were removed from my car during the oil changing process. Yes, the manager reimbursed the quarters, but its about violating the trust I used to have for this business. How can I continue to take my vehicle to an establishment that allows the employees to steal personal property out of my car.
This situation has generated new questions. Have I always received the services that I assumed I was getting? What else are they doing or not doing? Yes, I am definetly a unsatisfied customer. If anyone knows or have the contact information for the owner of this establishment please pass this message on.
