Provided by YP.comI have always had great customer service going to this Jiffy Lube, but 2 weeks ago after having my oil changed, I started leaking oil, I took my car to get check out and Jiffy lube didn't put a screw back in tight enough, so I leaked oil for about 1 1/2. I getting this information about the screw I took it back to the same Jiffy Lube, the manager proceed to tell me they didn't have enough information to refund my money, despite handing him the receipt from the other shop showing they tighten a screw due to my oil being changed. It Jiffy Lube build on customer care and satisfaction, I will say don't go to 8114 Liberty Rd #35 Baltimore Md 21244 (410)655-6505.
