today we ordered from here, which we do all the time and our order was wrong.. we called them to let them know that our order was wrong and could they fix our order. keep in mind that our food came to $30 and it took them over an hour to deliver the food. we when asked them could they fix the order for us, instead of them trying to make it right, they argued with us.. telling us that we did not know how to read a menu and that they never make mistakes and then they hung up on us.. so five mins later a guy called us back and started yelling and screaming about how the order was right and we don't know what we are talking about.. so instead of apologizing he demanded the food back, which is unsanitary because we already touched the food to see what it was and we let him know that, but clearly he did not care... we gave him 2 options, give us the money back or bring the food... we will never be order from here again, their customer service was horrible...
