Everything about this salon is great. Starting with the front desk to the shampoo assistant. The owner and stylists take the time to listen to you. They have a consultation that takes about 10 minutes. And when I say consultation, I mean they use a clipboard and questionnaire. I have never been asked so many questions and in such detail as I had my first trip there. They even take "Before and After" photos for the WOW affect! Debbi Basile, the Sassy Hair Chick is the owner. She got her start at About Faces in Towson and then went to work for Nick Arrojo as a Senior Colorist, so when it says they are Hair Color Experts, they mean it! I had a great time there and recommend this place to everyone I know!
