Called they said 15-20mins. I called half hour later. They again said 15-20mins. Was late for work.

They take forever and despite what anyone says, the cars are junk, the drivers couldn't drive a stick through a wet paper bag and they are never on time. Take Town Taxi, Rickshaw or Dicks and go with the Pros

Well first of all john is not a driver at my taxi it in no way comes in any contact with customers or there children . The drivers at my taxi are all professional and kind. It is not fair to pass on judgement to employees of the business who have no connection with mr costain. This business is one of the most dependable transportation services going locally or statewide. Every car I have been in is in excellent condition. I will be taking My Taxi for years to come. Thank you for your service.

The owner of this company ( it may be in Tammys name but John Costain is still there in the background) is a convicted pedophile. I would choose another company simply to avoid supporting a pedophile. Also to avoid having any child with me be scoped out as a potential future victim. the 1 star rating I am leaving is because there is no choice for zero stars.
