I have been going here since I was a toddler. I made an appointment and was asked what kind of insurance I had and yes it's in my file but I told the woman who answered the appointment phone line. I came in for my 8am appointment and was told the doctor I was scheduled with doesn't take me Blue Cross? I was NOT HAPPY! I used a vacation day for nothing. They wanted me to wait til 230pm not acceptable and the woman at the desk was unsympathetic. Worst experience here ever.. now I have to go back a different day.
