Provided by YP.comMy grandmother was a resident for over 100 days after she choose to leave they tried to double bill her insurance. She was treated badly by the therapy manager and some of the nursing staff. We saw residents being treated with no respect like they were just a bother to nursing staff(higher ups)

Provided by YP.comThe staff at Emerald Pointe took care of my grandmother as if she was family. She had a private room and the food was great. I would never let a family member go any place else
