Rude

They are very rude!!! I called to place an order for a cake and was told to hold. In the background I could hear her complaining about she doesn't know why people have to call and order a cake at this time. It is 3:00pm and I'm not sure what the proper time is. She then gets back on the phone and I tell her what cake we wanted and she tells me she doesn't know what I'm talking about. I told her it was one of the cakes that Baskin Robbins has on their internet site and she tells me that" they don't have no internet access". I the told her we just got one the other day from another Baskin Robbins and she still doesn't know what I'm talking about.
